THE WEEKENDER :) FEELING GOOD

HELP APPRECIATED
If you spend a few minutes with this video, your day will
be richer and you will feel better about, well, a lot.
As a journalist I was repeatedly surprised by the inherent wisdom and or goodness of people.  Often these qualities emerged in the darkest or more challenging circumstances.
As you will see here, there is nothing quite as uplifting as
a smile in expression of arigato, merci, obrigato, gracias, thanks.

ASKING THE PUZZLING QUESTIONS
As the California coast enjoyed a good soaking, helping to alleviate what has been a sparseness of rain this year, I just had to ask....
Enjoy your weekend.
Think about water, and say thank you to someone.
See you down the trail.

  1. Very inspiring video on the Japanese disasters. It really puts your problems in perspective.

  2. YOUR posting has struck a strong response in me. I know you know the power of video. You are learning to make your own. That "first" needed to not move so much. The brain needs stability to be able to receive the message on the screen.
MY many years of TV reporting agrees with you that most people have good within to show the camera. We humans empathize with that. I certainly am moved by the Japanese devastation and the response which came from fellow humans. The Video annotates our best in the worst. Thnx.
-w- It is worth another viewing. -w-

    1. Thanks. I am still a neophyte. It is a far different situation to shoot and edit your own stuff instead of working with the best of shooters and editors. As much as I appreciated their skill and talent when making documentaries, I appreciate it even more now! Your last line re: our best is so very true!
